Frances Early, Ph D, Chartered Psychologist
Frances Early, Managing Director, is a Business Psychologist with a background in the IT industry. She is an experienced mentor and consultant and has worked with large and small organisations in a variety of sectors.
Working with individuals and groups she enables clients to develop their management expertise, their self-confidence and awareness of their own and others’ behaviour, so that they can use their skills and abilities to greater effect.
Success in business is about task management as well as relationships, and Frances takes a systemic approach, regarding individual behaviour and wider organisation systems as an integrated whole. This is based on evidence that the most powerful change results when technical and personal development are in harmony.
Believing that good interpersonal relations form a building block on which organisational success can flourish, she aims to ‘walk the talk’.
